Each villa is built on a different level, with pergolas and fences carefully placed to secure privacy.
The tastefully decorated villas have one, two or three bedrooms and are furnished to ensure a homely feeling of comfort and understated elegance.  They are equipped to an unusually high standard, with air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, CD and DVD players, telephone and internet connection in the spacious lounge area.  The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, cooker, toaster and coffee maker.  French windows open onto a large terrace with its own private pool, sunbeds, table and chairs for outdoor eating and plenty of shade.
The owner, Andonis and his family are on hand for anything you may require.  There is even a home-made catering service, provided by Andonis’ wife, Katie, who will prepare dishes on request.
Istron Bay Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the villas and offers water sports, diving courses, tennis court, massage, gift shop, children’s club, evening entertainment and Greek dance classes!  You can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in any  of the restaurants, or have a welcome drink in either of the  bars.
Villa Artemis:  V3L, the top villa, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living area and kitchen, 101 sq.m.
Villa Phaedra:  Just below Arteims, V2L, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living area and kitchen, 101 sq.m.
Villa Marianna: V3L, with 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and splendid views of the bay, 92 sq.m..  There is a studio annex available (26 sq.m.)
Villa Dimitris:  V2L, the lower villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an excellent view of the sea, surrounded by lush gardens, 80 sq.m.
Cleaning service is 5 times weekly for the villas and 3 times for the pools.  Baby sitting and room service upon request.
