The enchanting little fishing port of Mohlos is tucked away on the northeastern coastline, in between the towns of Agios Nikoloas and Sitia. This small authentic village has always had a great history; dating back as far as Minoan times, though it has always escaped the crowds of people that pass through the villages of the northern coast. As most of the visitors are locals there has never been much of a choice in accommodation, until now. The Mohlos Villas are newly competed to a high standard, with quality furnishings and are located above the village looking out to the amazing sea vistas of the bay surrounding the island of Agios Nikolaos below. The design is a lovely combination of traditional Aegean white and blue and local stone, giving the properties an almost Cycladic feel to them.
There are three villas to choose from, each one with the same stylish touches throughout that sets them into a class of their own.
Well equipped with modern kitchens and up to the minute appliances, (including full cooker, microwaves ovens and coffee percolators) Every detail has been carefully added to achieve the maximum in comfort. Fully air-condtioned throughout each villa also benefits from a satellite TV  and CD player -*the living area. The furnishings are light and elegant with many little personal touches placed carefully around by the owner’s wife, Maro. Her passion for art is obvious and there are hand painted boxes, trays, and little wooden ornaments everywhere. 
Maros’ artistic streak doesn’t stop at the design either, her son Stelios is an accomplished musician with a passion for the arts. He himself felt so inspired by the area that he felt the place would also appeal to fellow artists. He has added to the lower floor of Villa Mouses a totally soundproofed recording studio, offering creative musicians the opportunity to combine work and holiday at the same time, or simply just to be inspired!
Each villa enjoys stupendous sea views of the bay and the village below, and enjoys its own private swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck area with sunbeds and parasols.
With just a 400m walk down to the village and seaside tavernas of Mohlos. The properties enjoy the ultimate in peace and privacy whilst offering a good range of facilities, and amazing views.
Villas Alkistis & Kalypso: Both spacious 3-bedroom villas set out on two levels. The upper level opens into the well-designed kitchen and open plan living room with fireplace that opens out to the large pool terrace with stunning sea views. There are two bedrooms on this floor, a double a twin room with two single beds with an en suite shower room. Between the bedrooms there is a large bathroom with a hydro massage tub. The lower level has a second living room and a twin room with shower room.
Villa 3 Mouses:  A large 2-bedroom villa set out on one level. The entrance leads into the well-designed kitchen and open plan living room with fireplace that opens out to the large pool terrace with stunning sea views. There are two bedrooms on this floor, a double a twin room with two single beds with an en suite shower room. Between the bedrooms there is a large bathroom with a hydro massage tub.
The lower level has a separate entrance (and direct route from the villa above if required) leading to the totally soundproof recording studio (use on request).
