Carefully renovated by the 15th Century Toplou Monastery, this stone residence has kept all the charm of its past. Although located near the road, the property we offer is hidden from sight and is extremely quiet from early evening.

These unique little houses are situated on Hiona beach, very close to the water's edge, with a splendid view of the beach. They are built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a small open plan living room with a sleeping area for 1 person, kitchenette and House number 1 also has a double bedroom on the ground floor.

A narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor landing with attractive "ship style" bunk beds in pine, off which there is a shower/WC. From here a door leads to a small but very compact double-bedded room, with a breath-taking view of the sea. The houses are clad in traditional stonework, with a large, sunny veranda facing the sea.

Next to the property is one of the three fish tavernas of Hiona beach. This taverna may be busy at weekends and during August, but for the rest of the time, business is fairly modest.
