FLISVOS HOTEL *** (SITIA AREA)

Situated just above the small fishing harbour of Sitia, approx. 160 metres from the town centre and approx. 120 metres from the sand and pebble beach of Sitia, this family owned and run hotel is composed of two buildings, one newly built and the other newly refurbished, both in a modern /classic style.
The genuinely welcoming owners Yiannis and his sister Roula are ready to accommodate you in one of the 21 rooms of their small but friendly hotel, which are equipped with private facilities, TV, fridge, hair dryer, air conditioning, room service and a balcony with a view either of the sea, or the garden, or even of the town and mountains.

The reception area, the TV lounge, and breakfast lounge open out on to one of the streets of Sitia where one can watch the locals in their everyday life, but also to the sunlit, small but cosy garden with its garden café where one can enjoy an iced coffee or a warm cup of Cretan tea.
The general facilities of the hotel also include a lift, and a private parking area.
For those with special needs, the hotel provides two rooms to fit their requirements. Tavernas, cafes, shops, restaurants supermarkets, plus nightlife facilites are all within walking distance.

ITANOS HOTEL *** (SITIA AREA)

Recently refurbished and situated in the centre of the town of Sitia, overlooking the small fishing harbour, approx. 280 metres from the sand and pebble beach of Sitia, the Hotel Itanos welcomes you to its comfortable rooms and other facilities for a relaxing holiday.
It consists of 72 rooms all with private facilities, telephone, satellite TV, radio, channeled music, air conditioning, balcony with views of the sea and/or the town and sound-proof balcony doors.
The communal facilities of the hotel include the reception area and lounge, TV areas, breakfast/dining room, café, restaurant and roof garden bar from which one can enjoy wonderful views of the bay, mountains and town.
All tavernas, cafes, shops, restaurants supermarkets, plus nightlife facilites are all within walking distance.

BELLEVIEW APTS *** (AREA PETRAS/SITIA)

Belleview apartments are perfectly situated for those wishing to be close to the sea and the countryside with beautiful walks, but also not too far away from the facilities of a small town.
These pretty, traditionally built apartments are set back from the main road, on Petras hill, with lovely views over the bay of Sitia and the countryside. The apartments are to be found approx. 250m from the sand and pebble beach and approx. 1400 meters from the town of Sitia.
The Belleview apartments complex consists of:
2 apartments type A2L for 4-5 persons, with 2 separate bedrooms with 1 double and two single beds, living room/kitchen on two levels with sleeping area for one extra person, WC/bath, (air conditioning in the one bedroom and living room), a large balcony in front and a smaller one or a terrace at the back.
2 apartments type A1L for 3-4 persons, with 1 separate bedroom with 2 single beds, living room/kitchen with a sleeping area for one extra person, WC/bath, (air conditioning in the bedroom and living room), a large balcony in front and a smaller one or a terrace at the back.
1 apartment type A1K for 2 persons, 1 separate bedroom with 2 single beds, small living room/kitchenette, WC/shower, air conditioning, a large balcony in front and a smaller one at the back.
The owners Katina, Agapitos and their daughter Maria are at their guests’ disposal for anything they may need.

All necessary shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, plus nightlife facilities, are to be found in the town of Sitia. Car hire is not essential. (CSx2).

DELIGHT VILLAS *** (AREA SITIA)

This most attractive complex of villas, completed in 2009, is set in an olive grove and enjoys a spectacular, uninterrupted view over mountains and countless olive trees, with partial sea-view in the distance.

There are 12 villas - 6 with two bedrooms and 6 with one bedroom, furnished in an appealing Cretan style, each with its own extremely inviting swimming pool!

Each unit has security alarm, 2 Plasma TV’s (one in living area and one in main bedroom), free satellite TV channels and air conditioning (2 units in one-bedroomed villa and 3 in two-bedroomed villa). The living/kitchen area is open-plan. The kitchens are very well-equipped, with full oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toasted sandwich maker. Each has a balcony with table and chairs at the front, a pleasant paved area to the rear and plenty of parking space.
The two-bedroomed villas (type V2L) have one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath/wc and hairdryer. The one-bedroomed villas (type V1L) have one double bed and bathroom with either bath or shower with cabin/wc and a hairdryer. For the winter months, there is a fireplace in each villa and central heating throughout.

The swimming pools (with hydro-massage) are at the front, with access down steps at the side of each villa (with the exception of one pool, which is at the back). All pools are set in a pretty paved area with grass borders, each separated from its neighbour by very attractive high whitewashed/stone walls. There are sunbeds and a large umbrella, table, chairs and an outside shower. A gas barbeque is available on request.
On the lower floor of each unit, behind the pool, is a laundry room with washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board, a small fridge and a bathroom with bath/wc (access from pool area).
All necessary shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and nightlife facilities are to be found in Sitia, just 3,3 km away. Distance to the nearest beach (Sitia) is 3,8 km away. Car hire essential.There is maid service and linen change twice per week.

ROUSSA VILLAS **** (AREA SITIA)

The breathtaking views over the bay of Sitia, the high quality furnishing, great attention to detail and 2 extremely inviting swimming pools make this complex very special and most impressive! Roussa Village, built in 2009, is well-situated on the side of a hill on a quiet road from Sitia to the village of Roussa Eklissia.
There are 2 studios (type SOL) on the lower floor and 2 one-bedroomed maisonettes above the studios, all beautifully furnished to an unusually high standard and facing the sea. All units have a fire alarm, WiFi internet, Plasma TV (one in each studio and one on each floor in the maisonettes), free satellite TV channels, DVD player, air-conditioning (one unit in each studio, one unit on each floor in each maisonette), a hairdryer and washing machine in the bathroom. All have a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, full oven and hob, kettle, filter coffee machine and toasted sandwich maker. Each has a seating area outside with table and chairs. Great attention has been paid to the lighting in all units. There is also central heating throughout.
The 2 open-plan studios for 2-3 persons have one double bed (separated from the kitchen area by curtains). In the living area, there is a very stylish bed settee for 1 extra person and each bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub!
The maisonettes (for 2-4 persons) are the same as the studios on the ground floor. The bathroom has a hydro-massage shower. Up a flight of wooden stairs is the separate bedroom, with a balcony overlooking the sea. There is one double bed, a sofa and a Jacuzzi in one corner, surrounded by pretty nets. There is a small second bathroom with shower/wc.
Around each pool are a number of sunbeds and large umbrellas and a shaded area with table and chairs, plus an outside shower.
The owners visit the complex almost daily and are there to help you with anything you may require.
Just 3 km away in the village of Roussa Eklissia, there are 2 tavernas and a small mini-market. All other shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife facilities are to be found in Sitia approximately 4 km. The nearest beach (Sitia) is approximately 3 km. Car hire essential! (CS x 2)
